Thank
you Hamilton We would like to thank all the sponsors,
contributors, and volunteers who made Hamilton's First Annual Kid's
Day International the success that it was. We would also
like to thank the local community officials who were able to attend
including Councillor Bill Kelly (Ward 7), Deputy Chief Brian Mullan,
Captain Turnbull and the Ladder 2 Crew "A" platoon and
special guest appearance by Sunni Genesco from our local 102.9
K-Lite FM. Kid's Day was held Saturday September 20th
between 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm at TB McQuesten Park, and helped raise
money for the Hamilton Professional Firefighter's Assistance Fund
that benefits various Hamilton charities. We are proud to
announce that $1200.00 dollars will be donated to the
Hamilton Professional Firefighters Assistance Fund on behalf of
Kid's Day International. A special presentation took place at our
open house event and appreciation day for all our sponsors,
volunteers and patients, that was held on Saturday October 18th from
11:00 am to 4:00 pm
